Final Redemption Policy
- All voucher redemptions are final.
- No refunds or reversals will be permitted.
Exclusivity of Promotion
- Voucher redemptions cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or member benefits.
Perk 1 – JEEVES Membership Renewal
- Renewal requires 100% voucher usage.
- Renewal is available for a maximum of two years.
- Partial payments are not accepted for this perk.
Perk 2 – Handbag & Leather Care Services
- Up to 50% of the total invoice amount may be settled using vouchers.
- The remaining balance must be paid at the regular retail rate.
- Rates are fixed and apply equally to both members and non-members during this promotion.
